Shipping Policy
All shipments outside California are sales tax exempt. 7.75% sales tax will automatically be added to orders shipped to California.
We offer standard shipping for all orders within the continental United States. Orders will not be delivered to a P.O. box or APO address.
Credit Card Payments
Payment processing is done through PayPal secure credit card processing website. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and most debit cards. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number to match the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you.
Your orders placed directly with DeltaWindsurf.com are being processed by EZstores.net through a secure SSL encryption. Your credit card information is not stored in our servers for 100% privacy and security! Receiving Your Order
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to us with seven (7) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Delta Windsurf Company will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.
Return Policy
Return authorization (RA) number required. To obtain an RA number you must call within 7 days of when you received the merchandise. All returns must be new, unused, and accompanied by a copy of the original Sales Receipt and in original packaging suitable for resale. There will be a minimum of $10.00 or 10% restocking fee for returns, whichever is greater, and there will be a $10.00 handling fee for exchanges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A $10 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. Please ship the items back to us prepaid and with the proper packaging. For your protection, make sure to insure the package. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Warranties
Most items sold by us are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of one year covering repair costs. If damages are not reparable then and only then may an item be replaced. All calls for service or repairs should be referred directly to Delta Windsurf Company with a proof of purchase.
